Your sponsor needs to contact their parish to obtain a Letter of Recommendation. 
 Mail the letter of recommendation to:

Letters of Recommendation are due by Sunday, December 8.

Ask the person you want to be a sponsor NOW. 
They need to be praying for you during the year. 

• Must be registered in a Roman Catholic Church
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have completed the initiation process
  (received Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation)
• Must NOT be a parent of the candidate (may be a Godparent)
• Must understand and take seriously his/her own baptismal promises
• Must obtain a Letter of Recommendation from his/her pastor
